Welcome to our charming Belmont Bungalow Stay, nestled in the heart of historic Belmont. This newly constructed home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Located within walking distance of Downtown Belmont and near the Catawba River, I-85, and HWY 74, it’s a short drive to the US National Whitewater Center and less than 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Intl. Airport and Uptown Charlotte. Ideal for work, rest, or exploration, our bungalow is meticulously designed to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a memorable stay for all our guests.

Enjoy a newly built home that seamlessly integrates contemporary amenities with a warm, rustic design. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted to ensure a comfortable and stylish stay.
The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. The kids' room is equipped with two bunk beds, accommodating a total of four beds, ideal for families or groups.
Each bathroom is fully equipped with modern fixtures and amenities to ensure a convenient and refreshing experience.
The open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen perfect for socializing, entertaining, and enjoying quality time together in a spacious and inviting environment.
Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the home. Relax and unwind with a 55" flat-screen TV in the living room and a 50" TV in the primary bedroom, providing entertainment options for everyone.
All windows are fitted with blinds, offering you the privacy you need during your stay. Adjust the blinds to control the natural light and create a cozy atmosphere indoors.
Step outside to the rear patio, where you'll find comfortable outdoor furniture. This space is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing in the evening, or simply taking in the fresh air in a peaceful setting.

Carefully designed, the kitchen and living room share an airy, open layout ideal for relaxation. The dining area seats four with additional barstools at the kitchen island. Enjoy a seamless transition to the cozy living room area, complete with a 55" flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a drip-style coffee maker at the coffee station, stocked with coffee, creamer, tea, and sugar.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a 50-inch TV, an ensuite bathroom with glass shower doors, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a closet, while the bunk or children's room has two bunk beds (each with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top), also equipped with a closet.
